Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by Maple Nights. In such cases, refunds will be processed within 14 business days.

3. User Conduct

Users are expected to behave respectfully at all events. Maple Nights reserves the right to remove any participant who engages in disruptive or illegal behavior.

Photography and videography may occur at events. By attending, you consent to being photographed and for such media to be used for promotional purposes.

4. Limitation of Liability

Maple Nights is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage incurred during events, except where required by law. Participants attend at their own risk.
